[Music] partnership managers focus on organizations which are often msps managed service providers that include our solution in their service offerings

in order to provide their health clients with the benefits of our solution it is my job to act as an ambassador for both fish and our partners business developers on the other hand reach out

to end clients directly you start a day with preparing the different meetings that are scheduled on the one hand these are with current partners where the outcome is always to optimize our solution in the service offering of the

partner or to tackle certain questions examples of such meetings are onboarding your first clients providing internal training about the product or discuss the go-to-market strategy on the other

hand i talk to potential partners who are interested in our solution and want to become a partner examples of such meetings are introductions where we try to discover whether we would be stronger

and better together another example are conversations where we discuss the proof of concept of our solution through a trial the fact that i'm in contact with many different people and organizations

learning every day from their insights and feedback next to that i like to build and maintain long-term relationships it feels natural to me for me that is being trustworthy and

honest being the contact person for the partner that makes them feel that a partnership with fish is a ship that
