Have you ever eaten a Michelin star meal 40,000 ft up in the air? Well, me neither until now because we are flying [music] both business and premium economy on Cath Pacific to try out their Michelin star meals. Oh my god. And today we're
flying from Hong Kong. I'm in Hong Kong all the way to JFK New York City. Cafe
Pacific offers Michelin star meals on some of their flights departing from Hong Kong. So, I'm going to show you the full experience from landing at the

actually really wanted to show you guys [music] the difference between business and premium economy since both still get Michelin star meals. And Amber was actually so excited to sit in premium economy. I was like, "Girl, I'll sit there to show it." But Amber insisted. I did insist. The seats actually look
really nice, so I want to try them out. Love you, girl. Come with me, guys.

This is one of the three lounges that we actually have access to. And let me tell you, this one is literally huge. Has so many food options and amenities. So, let's go inside.
What's really interesting about this lounge is that the left side is their Asian side. So, they have a noodle bar, lots of noodle options, things like

to sit in a business class seat feels so surreal. And to be able to share this experience with my mom eating Michelin star food. Are you kidding me? I just
never expected that this would be my life. And I'm [music] so freaking grateful.

I am feeling so excited. We have a 16- hour flight ahead of us. And Cath's
service is always so [music] so nice. Their flight attendants are so sweet and helpful. Actually, the nicest ever. And I've flown in Cath's business class

you, Cafe. Here are the contents of my little baggie. We have socks, a toothbrush set, earplugs, and eye mask. Okay, let's open up the menu together since that is why we're all here. Looks like they have two different restaurant
like collaborations. They first have Louise, and this says Michelin starred
like collaborations. They first have Louise, and this says Michelin starred restaurant, Louise, serves up refined French cuisine with a contemporary flare, and then we have Dell's Dutles. And it says, "Another renowned Michelin star venue, Dell's serves refined Chinese cuisine. They have some Hong
Kong flavors. You'll see that next to some of the selections, it will have the
Kong flavors. You'll see that next to some of the selections, it will have the name of the restaurant next to it. So, like this one says Louise, for example.
And then you know that that is a Michelin Star meal. They also have this like hanger where you can fill out your breakfast menu for the morning and you hang it on the coat hanger that's right here. And then they know what to bring you in case you fall asleep and they don't want to ask you for your order.
So, that's pretty epic. They have a really extensive like wine menu. My god,
I really want a Hong Kong milk tea. I wonder if I can ask for one of those.

Got my Hong Kong milk tea. The first of many because I'm obsessed. They also had like oat milk, skim milk, multiple milk options, which [music] kind of rare on airplanes. So, I had this on the flight over and low key, this was my favorite
airplanes. So, I had this on the flight over and low key, this was my favorite milk tea that I had. Like I also had milk tea in Hong Kong and I was like I like the one I had on the plane. Oh, so good. Let me also show you guys what's
in my toiletry bag. Toothbrush set. Love it. Then we also have pillow mist.
Smells really good. Kind of like lavendery. The first time I've ever had a pillow mist on a flight. Okay. Eye mask. Earplugs. Need that. Mouthwash.
Cooling body gel. You might be like, "What?" But when you're in Hong Kong, it's so hot that I can see this feeling really good. I'm like very interested in this. So, let's give it a try. Cooling indeed. And multibalm. And this says you

This is the roasted tomato soup with garlic crouton in my little roll with my butter.
M. It's very comforting.
First of all, the cream on the top. Wow. And the onions on the bottom are perfectly caramelized. The tart is perfectly crunchy. The mushrooms add a

[screaming] Guess it was good. Oh my god, she licked it clean. Mom, I will tell you guys, I've actually never had a Michelin star meal prior to going to Hong Kong, but I did eat at a Michelin star restaurant while I was there. A
Michelin Star dim sum lunch at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, so I could know what a Michelin Star meal is supposed to taste like. So, this might actually be a good time for me to tell you exactly what I did while I was in Hong Kong. Let
me give you a little rundown of our trip. We originally flew to Hong Kong, had a little layover there, and then made our way to Japan and Korea. I'm
sure you guys have already seen all of the videos. If not, they're on my channel. And like I said, we flew Cath Pacific to get into Asia. And then from

literally ever. And now on our way back home, we really want to spend a couple
literally ever. And now on our way back home, we really want to spend a couple nights exploring Hong Kong. So, let me give you a little speedrun of what we did while we were there. Basically, we left Korea from Inchan airport and we
flew boop right to Hong Kong. And once we're there, we're staying in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, which was, guys, so amazing. As soon as we landed,
we went and got some amazing mocktails at the Audrey. The next day, this is where I had my first ever Michelin star meal at Manoa. And oh my goodness, they had a curated Cantonese menu with dim sum. They had a ton of options for me as
well as someone that doesn't eat meat. Now I know what to look for. We're
looking for amazing technique, amazing flavors, and also above all amazing service, which I'm definitely getting so far while I'm on the plane. Amber really vlogged most of if you want to check out her video. We started the morning by catching a ding-ding. If you don't know what a ding is, they are like these double decker, it's like a trolley. Um, so they're kind of connected on like a wire, like a cable car. That was so cute and really like
classic Hong Kong. Then from there we went to Potting Street and they have these crazy stairs that are like little teeny stairs. Walked up those. We got
some boba. Yep. We went to Silk and got boba. I heard that was a pretty popular Hong Kong brand. And I got an ulong tea and it was so freaking good.
We also went to a chachan chachant. I struggle saying that. Like a Hong Kong diner. And we got the classic Hong Kong French toast. I got a Hong Kong style
diner. And we got the classic Hong Kong French toast. I got a Hong Kong style iced tea. Went to the K11 art mall. And I forgot to mention we took the star
iced tea. Went to the K11 art mall. And I forgot to mention we took the star fairy over to like the cowoon sides. And then we took the ferry back. It was a gorgeous view. Like literally so beautiful. And then we left this morning.

Why is my freaking life? Okay, we have received my dinner, which is in fact some cauliflower with quinoa. Here I got another Hong Kong milk tea. Okay, guys.

Okay, this is called the Cath Delight and it is made of kiwi fruit, coconut milk, and fresh mint. Cheers. Phenomenal. I would like 14 of them.

is delicious. And it's really like a smoothie, which I feel like is kind of rare to get on an airplane. I am simply obsessed. Period. I am feeling like my net worth is $10 million right now, guys. Now, it is time to try my very
fancy dinner. So today they are serving up an oven roasted cauliflower with

Exquisite. As you can see, here it is. It has a nice cream on the top. I'm
going to mix it in with all the cream cuz I want to get like a really full bite. Cheers.
That's incredible. Just overall amazing flavor. Perfectly salted. The cream
sauce in there is like making the texture of everything really, really nice. It's really flavorful. And what's actually really tying it together for
nice. It's really flavorful. And what's actually really tying it together for me, the pumpkin. M I feel also so good while eating it. Like this is a healthy bowl. It tastes delicious. Oh my god, this is so good. I will give a bite to

closer to like a cherry. I'll put a picture of what Hawthorne looks like so you can kind of get the vibe. This is in fact one of their Michelin star desserts. It's so jiggly.

It's not too sweet. citrusy apple flavor. Look at the golden color. And it

texture on this is insane. I've never tasted something so smooth. It's almost
like a texture I've never had before. Dense and almost chewy, but really smooth. Aside from that, we also have a fruit plate. How luxurious is this chunk

to do something like this. I've loved this trip so much. Like my mom I mean she's been so happy. Like it's been so cute. She'll literally be like this is the best. Like I'm having so much fun with my girls. Who else gets to you know

came back out and mom already has been served her breakfast. I have what they call the Chinese breakfast with seasonal fresh fruit kanji with chicken and oats and fried rice form michelli. Here it is. Beautiful. Really simple preparation.
Just just noodles and a little soy sauce. But it's really good. Breakfast
has in fact been served. First of all, we got some fruits including grapes.
Another large grape. And then I got their wellness bowl. So, as you can see, we have some warm pastries right here. Here we have a croissant and a muffin.
Strawberry preserve. I love when I get the little mini jam. Oh my god, so cute.
They also gave me some honey and then some fruits which had a grape in it.
Then for my drink, I have a water and a plain oat milk since I do want to make a matcha while I am on board. I might ask them for a cup of ice though as well. [music] M.

I love the texture. It's like dense and thick. It's almost kind of giving like chia pudding but creamier. All my meals on this flight have made me feel really good. I want to eat the entire thing. I feel like I'm eating real good, healthy
good. I want to eat the entire thing. I feel like I'm eating real good, healthy food, you know, like I'm not just getting served pasta necessarily or like pizza or things that are just like more normal airplane foods, I guess, or maybe
things that would be a little bit easier to prepare. I feel like they really are going all out. I mean, this has been a real dining experience. Almost like I'm in a restaurant, you know? Everything is yummy and amazing. And also most of all,
the airline crew has been so nice and accommodating. I'm going to finish eating this and then we're going to make a matcha latte together. Basted.
[music] Good [music] morning. I just slept for pretty much the whole flight. I think I was so exhausted from our travels that I just knocked right out. And now I woke up just in time for breakfast. I got assorted [music] dim sum, some fruit,
some yogurt, and my coffee. I'm going to try my mom's favorite, which is hardcow.
So happy to get some dim sum for the end of my trip. So yummy. Divine sibling. [music]

I'm like, oh, my flight attendant that has been helping me out is named you.
She was like, I actually love your videos. And I was like, "Oh my god, girl, what? You just told me like with 45 minutes left on the flight." She was
girl, what? You just told me like with 45 minutes left on the flight." She was so nice, so professional. I used a yuzu honey stick that I got while I was in Japan from Suji Bee Garden. Best yuzu honey literally ever. My matcha latte is
so good. Like I'm literally enjoying my life so much right now. And the flight's
so good. Like I'm literally enjoying my life so much right now. And the flight's already coming to an end. I feel like it went by too fast. I'm sad. I want more time on the flight. Like I want to do a little bit more editing. I want to sip my matcha. I I want to go to bed again. Let's go another 12 hours right now. And
